I felt loved when my spouse prepared a hot delicious meal after a tiring day.

I am a non vegetarian. I like to eat fish, eggs, chicken and vegetables. We cook these with less oil and spices. So, it is good for health.
These days the market is flooded with oil. The companies compete with each other with a lot of advertisement. Some brands claim that their oil is fortified with A D E etc.
Doctors, earlier used to advise that one should consume less oil but nowadays doctors prescribe certain brands as heart healthy.
Few years back there was a scandal they Saurav Ganguly, an Indian batsman, was an ambassador of Fortune oil while he was admitted to hospital due to health issues.
Somehow they issue was hushed up. However, isn’t that quite natural to be ill at done point of life.
Sushmita Sen, the former Miss Universe, has had also suffered from heart ailments. Done children also have heart issues since birth.
I try to follow doctor’s advice as best as I can. My consumption of oil increased after my marriage. I consume curd, butter nowadays. It has improved the quality of my skin.
We should eat everything in measured quantity. Arhar dal cooked with rice tastes very good with green chillies and curd. We have beetroot pickle at home which is also good for health and also tastes good.
A meal should not be a biased one. I thank my family for giving us the nutritious food we needed: fish, pulses, curd, vegetables and rice. Hope every human gets a proper meal.
We should remember that kitchen is for all. It is not that women can only cook, men can cook. Just because our mothers stayed home, they filled in the time by cooking, cleaning and decorating and that is what makes homes beautiful. Love is Labour.
