What do you enjoy doing most in your leisure time?

The deep crevices on the top of my cake forms occasionally. I really do not bother much about it.

For me, the cake should taste good. No cake tastes good if the proportion of the ingredients are not correct.

Cakes differ from oven to oven and process to process.

I have been successful in baking good cakes when I followed the recipe properly. We should follow people who are good bakers. Baking is an art.

Many cakes look good but they don’t taste good.

Most channels make cakes to earn views. To know a good website, first, try some of their recipes and if it turns out to be what they showed, it’s a good website.

Rest we learn by mistake.

My husband bakes cakes without eggs. I cannot bake good cakes without eggs. From my experience, I can tell you what makes a good cake

  1. Sugar must be 3/4 of wheat flour.
  2. Oven may be prepared heated.
  3. If you don’t want to use eggs, you need to add curd or vinegar.
  4. Mix dry ingredients separately and wet ingredients separately.
  5. I normally add dry mixture to wet mixture.
  6. All ingredients should be in room temperature. However, I am not sure about places which are very cold.
  7. Stir gently and the mixture should be in pouring consistency but not too liquidy.
  8. Pre heat for 10 mins and bake for 50 mins. It takes 1 hour to bake a pound cake.
