All the world’s a stage and all men are it’s actors. So, we are all actors and most interestingly marriage has made Socrates a philosopher. So our spouses are our full time philosophers we live with.
Our spouses either lecture us or admonishes us while having dinner together at the end of the day. That’s the time they become unconscious philosophers.
So, my philosopher or my spouse who dishes out great food after watching hundreds of minutes of videos remains the philosopher at the dinner table.

With home made pizza we had omlette cooked in butter. Pizza bread can be made with whole wheat power or all purpose flour. We should take care to eat enough of vegetables having roughage when we eat all purpose flour.
Having been habituated to eat fish and chicken since childhood, no food tastes as good as fish and chicken.
We made the pizza sauce with tomatoes, garlic, onion, salt, black pepper, turmeric powder, red chillies, green chillies, coriander leaves, green or raw mango and sugar.
The home made chutney also needs oil to make it taste great to eat with plain rice.
