I like to cook healthy and nutritious food. I try to have a balanced meal.
For example,
1. I had red amaranth leaves and rice on last Monday.
2. I had mixed veg pulao on Tuesday.
3. I had fish fry and potato curry on Wednesday.
4. I had egg curry cooked with eggplant on Thursday
5. I had alu paratha and curd on Friday.
6. I cooked bittergourd with potato on Satuday.
7. I cooked fish with drum sticks with potatoes and point gourd.
The above is a weekly nenu for lunch.
My breakfasts are heavy and varied consisting of fruits, protein, cereals and tea as beverage.
