I like to cook healthy and nutritious food. I try to have a balanced meal. When cooking is a passion, you can’t skip it. It could be a simple ritual to an elaborate one starting with one dish to half a dozen.
For example,
1. I had red amaranth leaves and rice on last Monday.
2. I had mixed veg pulao on Tuesday.
3. I had fish fry and potato curry on Wednesday.
4. I had egg curry cooked with eggplant on Thursday
5. I had alu paratha and curd on Friday.
6. I cooked bittergourd with potato on Satuday.
7. I cooked fish with drum sticks with potatoes and point gourd.
The above is a weekly menu for lunch.
My breakfasts are heavy and varied consisting of fruits, protein, cereals and tea as beverage.

The break is baked at home. It is full of seeds.
We often bake at home and try best to make tasty food. Even Pizzas can be made at home if we have an OTG. The micro wave has stopped working because somebody told my father that it is not good to use a microwave.
Electricity or Power is costly, so we use electrical.appliandes sparingly. The government want people to use less oil but people have stopped making food at home since a long time.
Burdened with creativity, there is no time to cook. People produce artifacts that is their income. All that is desired is ordered online. One has to use time meaningfully these days.
