Most of all, what we need first, is good intention.

The bread that we baked here is topped with sesame and flax seeds. We all know the benefits of seeds. There are other websites which can give you a list of benefits.

The benefit that I experienced using seeds in diet is that it helps in clearing bowels but I used flax seeds in various forms:

  1. I roast the seeds and add some salt and chat masala to it and it tastes so good they you end up eating too much which forms gas. So, I suggest eat a spoon full and chew as long as you can. When you feel all of it have been crushed swallow it and drink water. You will feel full.
  2. Make a powder and store it in a jar. Whenever you make plain mixed vegetables curry which in Bengali jokes is called niramish tarkari, add this at the end. Cook for sometime and switch off the gas. The curry tastes good. It adds a slippery taste.

Add seeds to your diet as it is good for health. In garlic bread, I add raw garlic, crushed red chillies, chopped green chillies, and kasuri methi as well.
