
I sit for hours at work. I had gained a lot of weight by sitting at work.
My back hurts these days but Zi feel lazy to work out. The body gets addicted to laziness.
To free my body, I have made certain changes in my life. I get up in between to:
1. Clean the kitchen
2. Cook lunch and dinner
3. Clean the house
4. Do spot jogging for 30 minutes.
5. Do meditation for 15 minutes
6. Develop a habit such as knitting, sewing or sketching or whatever the heart desires.
That is a great program and new habit!
