On a rainy day, you can have something mouthwatering like chicken kabab as your dinner and go to bed.

Soft chicken parts were pounded in a blender. Then finely chop onions, ginger and garlic. Then mix the chicken and onions, ginger and garlic. Then add spices like black pepper (coarsely crushed) and cinnamon powder, coriander seeds (coarsely crushed) and chilli powder. Finally, add salt.

Chutney: We used coriander, green chilli and curd.

You don’t need any chutney. Without chutney, the kababs taste well.
