Salty Pancake

Salty pancake?
This is nothing but besan ka chilla, or moong dal dosa
Soak yellow lentils overnight. Make a granular paste. Mix chopped onion, ajwain, green chillies, dry curry leaves and white jeera. Mix water to make a liquidy batter.
Heat a pan. Add some oil. Pour a batter and spread it into round shape. Cook until it becomes golden brown and crispy.
It tastes good with pea nut chutney and halwa.
