Chicken Kasa/Masala

Chicken masala:

This is cooked in a lot of oil and fried until the entire stuff turns brown and separates from oil. This is cooked with a lot of patience and spices to give that shop type flavour.

Here, we go:

Add oil in pan. Then, bayleaf and whole garam masala. Then add ginger, garlic, and onion paste. When the oil separates, add chicken pieces and cook till the chicken is partially cooked.

Then add a little curd, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder and a spoon of sugar and cook for sometime. Then add little water and chcken masala powder. We add our home made masala powder.

Cook till the chicken is wholly cooked and has less gravy in it. Finally add some lemon juice.
