Vegetable Curry Soup

- How to make a healthy vegetable soup with left over vegetable curry.
- Last night, we had vegetable curry left. It has carrots, peas, and potatoes. But it was not enough.
- So we chopped carrots, tomatoes and raw turmeric and put it in the blender.
- Then we added the curry it in. Mashed all of together in the blender. Now boil some water in a big pan.
- Next, we add some black pepper in it.
- After that add the vegetable puree in it. Let all cook together.
- Serve hot.
Chicken Curry Soup
- Well if there chicken curry left from last night’s dinner! If you want to make an egg-chicken curry soup. Well, use chicken from already cooked chicken curry. Then add some raw eggs to it and boil.
