Poha with Green Chatni

This is the easiest recipe. You can also call it fast food.
You just need to pass water over the rice flaken in a seive. Chop the vegetables (carrots, potato and peas). Add oil in a pan. Add a tea spoon of cumin seeds and once the seeds starts spluttering add curry leaves, chopped ginger and garlic and then add the vegetables. Add vegetables and cook till the vegetables soften. Then add the rice flakes and stir the mixture. Add salt, sugar, red chilli powder and roasted pea nuts to the mixture.
Put coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chillies, roasted pea nuts and tomato to make a chatni.
Serve hot with curd.
