Aloo kachori, Aloo-tamatar sabzi, Suji Laddoo, Dahi vada

Kachori : Make a dough with Wheat flour by mixing two table spoons of white oil, salt and ajwain. After one hour make cups with the dough and stuff it with fillings that you have prepared and give it a round but flatter shape, the popular shape of a kachori. Heat oil in a frying pan and put the kachoris and fry until they turn brown.

Kachori filling: Here you can either use chana powder, or urad dal mix or potato. We have used potatoes. Boil the potatoes and mix it with spice you like or with chat masala only.

Aloo-tamatar sabzi: Boil potatoes and season it with tomatoes, red chillies and salt. Then add water and cook for some time. When the mixture comes to a boil, add a mixture of dhania, sauf, turmeric powder and ajwain and mashed potatoes and cook till the mixture becomes thick.
