This is simply nutritious and delicious.

Heat oil in a pan. Add vegetables – carrots, spinach, capsicum, green chillies, tomatoes, radish, tomatoes, onions and french beans. Add water, salt, and crushed pepper. Cook until the vegetables are soft. Before serving add butter.
