Paneer Curry with Saffron Rice
Paneer curry: Make a paste of onion, ginger, garlic, red chillies and tomato. Add some oil to the pan and heat it and then add the paste. Cook till oil is separated. Add turmeric, salt and water. Slice the paneer and add it to the gravy and cook for some time. Check for salt and chilli. If less add more and cook for some more time.
