Yes this dish takes a lot of hard work. Soak saboodana overnight in the right amount of water.
Here we go:
Roast in ghee cashew, almonds and peanuts and keep them separately.
Take oil in pan. Add mustard seeds, jeera and red chilli in the oil. Chop your veggies – carrots, onions, tomatoes and capsicum and add it in the pan. When the veggies become soft, add the sabudana to it. Finally add salt, spices and dry fruits. Cook for some more time and add chopped coriander leaves and cover and cook.

Omlette: You can also make a nice omlette with loads of butter and black pepper. Add rock salt to your taste.
