Egg Curry

This is the easiest curry that one can make.
Boil eggs, tomatoes and potatoes in a pressure cooker. Simultaneously, make a paste of onion, garlic and ginger.
Put some oil in a pan. Remove the shell of the eggs and add turmeric and salt. Make a slit in the eggs with a knife and fry those and remove once done.
Next, add some oil to the pan and cook the spice paste in it. Then, add the fried eggs and boiled potato, and cook for some more time. Finally, add water till the mixture is enough thick.
