What was January 2024 like?
It has been six months that I worked last in a company. Companies, teams all depend on people. Crooked people will make unhappy environment. Good people will make a livable place and I had learned quite a lot in the past three years working in India.
In the past six months, I learned quite a lot. I am more confident now to take on challenges. We should not hand over ourselves to doubts. Doubts should be treated as learning gaps. Try to fill in the gaps with knowledge and action.
Learning is significant and learning with willfulness will make us set goals and plan strategies to take us where we want to be.
I had done professional courses and cleared few important examinations, which made me realise that the courses are not enough until we apply them. So, this February, is perhaps my month of implementation which I will share with you in my next write up.
