Business Owners are Constantly Flouting Labour Rules in India
Business people are constantly flouting labour rules in India: CPIML (Liberation) MP Raja Ram Singh on Friday wrote to Labour Minister Mansukh Mandaviya asking him to penalise any violation of laws on working hours in offices.
Earlier, Infosys Co-founder Narayana Murthy advocated a 70-hour workweek, Ola owner, Bhavish Aggarwal and Sajjan Jindal of Jindal Steel Works supported such a proposal.
Subrahmanyan made a brazen comment that how long can one stare at ones wife. He advocated a 90-hour workweek and working on Sundays. CPIML (Liberation) leader Singh urged the Union minister to initiate measures to ensure strict enforcement of laws governing working hours.
Actually good lawyers should be able to sue these people. And good employees should actually protest against it. But people don’t protest, they find ways to dump their work on others.
So, Indians have emerged to be treating fellow Indians like slaves. Murthy’s daughter and son in law were caught for evading taxes. Like father, the daughter is also a law breaker. Having said all these, I sincerely curse the Murthy and his family for exploiting people, Jindal and his family, Ola owner and his family and all those who supported long working hours to die a painful death for making other people’s life a slave life. Particularly, Jeff Bezos should die a difficult death.
