Most often I have a positive feeling that I can do it.
WhaI love to do most gives me a good feeling while I feel unsettled when I feel there is something I can’t do it. So I tell myself that I must try.

I baked pound cake yesterday and without any preparation. I asked my spouse to prepare one but he turned the question to me “Why don’t you bake it? You know how to do it.”
Now, that’s a positive affirmation. The cake turned out good.
