How often do you say “no” to things that would interfere with your goals?

“No” is the most unfavourable word that one wants to hear. Many of us start a sentence with no. “No” in itself is a sentence. There resides a lot of power in the word “No”.

On the other side people are waiting to make your No a yes. What tension is on the other side and it tells you your position of power.

I often used No in the past, but with growing old, I say a No in long sentences when it is necessary. Given the pressure of sales persons around, you cannot but have to use the word directly many times in a day.

To be a salesperson one has to be prepared to say No. One has to fed oneself with a lot of positive words.
