This is a food pic from a shop called Mithila Oven Mukherjee Nagar.

The wheat balls are stuffed with chickpea powder. Spices are added to the fillings. The wheat balls are roasted on fire and then dipped in ghee.

Here they have served the litti, wheat balls with mashed potato and brinjal. They also served chicken legs cooked in thick gravy. Chicken is a new addition. Normally, they serve the mashed potato-brinjal.

There is a building nearby which caught fire and people were injured trying to escape the fire. The stairs are narrow. I don’t know whether they have fire exit or not.
