Chicken with Molochia Leaves

It is summer and you need a simple nutritious stuff for your body and of course if you are from Africa or Asia, rice may attract you.

In India rice is consumed in almost every household. In hot summer common people on the rural side of India eat a lot of soupy curries cooked with minimum spices.

So, here is an absolutely unique version of blending chicken with Molochia Leaves.

To make this stew:

Clean and dry the leaves. Then cut them

Fry the chicken with salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, turmeric and salt. Then add garlic cloves, cummin seeds and coriander seeds powder. Add a bit of turmeric and salt and cook till the chicken is soft.

In another pan, fry the Molochia Leaves in a bit of oil with a pinch of salt and turmeric. Then add the leaves in chicken stew.
