This is my favourite dish. I called it pulao because ever since I cooked for myself, this is the kind of recipe I followed.

Procedure:
I took one cup of rice and soaked it in water. Then, I took two prawns and cleaned them and kept them aside.
I copped the brinjal into large pieces.
I cut the cauliflower in big size so that each part is like a flower.
I chopped one onion, few pods of garlic, and grated the ginger.
I heated oil in pressure cooker, added onion, garlic, ginger and crushed garam masala. When it started releasing the aroma. I added the vegetables. When the vegetables turned a little brown. I added the rice,turmeric, salt and chopped green chillies and cooked the whole thing for some minutes.
Finally, I added water and out the lid of the pressure cooker and cooked on low heat for 15 minutes. Then after 10 minutes I opened the lid and served.
