Everybody has some kind of a skill. So, we need to build skill based offices but the problem is there are too many brokers who want to eat money just by brokering.
Skill based offices can also provide newer skills through courses and enroll interested people in new projects or upgrade old projects. People should also be taught how to communicate and build networking facilities.
Mechanization of certain jobs can be avoided. If the job is not harmful to human body or safety, there is perhaps no need to mechanize that job.
