Boiled sweet potato sprinkled with chaat masala tastes very good and makes you feel full. But it won’t be easy to swallow if you don’t have any liquid to gulp down with it.

Vegetable Soup:

Boil water and add vegetables such as french beans, tomatoesi, mushrooms and brinjal. When the vegetable becomes soft, add salt, sliced ginger, chopped green chillies, and black pepper. Cook for 3 minutes

Then use a spoon to pick some of the vegetables and put it in a bowl and mash it. Then put it back in the soup. It will be slightly thicker. Cook for 3 minutes.

Then add chopped coriander leaves and switch of the gas.
