Surmai Fish or King Fish. It is costly and tasty as well. Since it is very cold, we thought of frying it. Fried King fish and home made kasundi is delicious. Along with it fish, we thought of having vegetable soup.

Vegetables are cooked in water and salt until it turns soft. We used carrots, tomatoes, green french beans, spinach and mushroom. Add ginger in slices and chopped green chillies along with crushed black pepper.
