Procedure:

  1. Clean and chop the following vegetables: cabbage, carrot, french beans, tomato, mushroom, onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli and peas.
  2. Boil the water and add the vegetables. Add jeera powder, salt, black pepper powder, cloves, ajwain, hing. (Portion of ingredients as per your taste and number of people)
  3. Cook the vegetables partially.
  4. Break eggs (1 or 2) and add to the boiling vegetables.
  5. Cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add butter while serving.
