
Winter and soup go hand in hand.

Procedure:
- Clean and chop the following vegetables: cabbage, carrot, french beans, tomato, mushroom, onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli and peas.
- Boil the water and add the vegetables. Add jeera powder, salt, black pepper powder, cloves, ajwain, hing. (Portion of ingredients as per your taste and number of people)
- Cook the vegetables partially.
- Break eggs (1 or 2) and add to the boiling vegetables.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add butter while serving.
