
Procedure:
Marinate chicken with turmeric, salt green chilli, and ginger-garlic paste.
Fry onions separately, and make a paste with cashew nut.
Boil sliced onions in sugar and salt water. Then make a paste.
Put oil in kadai. Add jeera green cardamom, bay leaf and cinnamon. And fry till it turns slightly brown.
Then add chicken. Fry for some more time.
Add the boiled onion paste and fry for some more time.
Then add turmeric, dhania powder, and red chilli powder. Fry for some more time.
Then add half a bowl of beaten curd. To the chicken and Fry for some more time.
Add water and cook on low flame.
When chicken is cooked, add big black cardamom, black pepper and chopped coriander leaves. Cook for some time.
Add the cashew paste to the chicken and cook for sometime.
Tip: We added boiled small new potatoes so that we can eat it as a potato curry when the chicken pieces get over.
