Bathua saag or pigweed grown profusely in the Indian subcontinent. It’s very healthy delicious.

To make this raita you need to clean chop the leaves and then or saute it in mustard oil with salt and red chilli powder.

Take curd in a pan and best it well. Add some water and make it semi thick liquid. Then add the cooked leaves in the curd mixture and stir well. Check for salt and chilli flavour.

Then take a pan, add oil, heat the oil.

Then add red chilli, jeera and hing and let the jeera splutter. Then transfer the whole mixture to the curd mixture. Add chopped coriander and mix thoroughly.
