
This is the easiest to cook. Clean the fish and it takes very little time because it doesn’t have scales. Remove the inside of the fish. It has a very small stomach.
Next heat the oven. Set the temperature to 220.
Then go back to marinate the fish. First slit the fish sides gently. Apply turmeric, salt and chilli powder.
Then put it in the oven and bake it for 25 minutes. Take the fish out and check if the fish is cooked
Then squeeze a lemon over it.
