Procedure:

Take all purpose flour and make a dough with little water salt and yeast. You must make a sticky dough.

Leave it aside to rise.

After 4 hours, punch the dough, and leave it aside. Repeat the process of punching the dough and leaving it to rise.

After 10 hours. Heat the oven.

Take the dough and give it a shape you want. Then grease a plate and place the dough on it and transfer it to the oven.

Result: You get a crusty bread with soft inside.
