
Black gram dosa and Guava chutney
To make this dosa, you need black grams with skin. Soak rice and black grams separately for 8 hours. Then blend rice and dal in a blender. Mix it with two spoons of suji and two spoon of gram flour. Add salt and chilli powder.
Don’t forget to add spice like jeera and kasoori methi.
Set it aside for 10 minutes.
Guava chutney:
We used ripe guavas. Put it in a blender with onion, garlic, green chilli and salt. You get a smooth paste.
