
Procedure:
First mix wheat flour and suji with ghee and few spoons of water.
Then take a deep frying pan and dry roast edible gum and set aside
Then add some ghee to the pan and add fry dry fruits in it. After the dry fruits turn red, add the flour mixture and cook for some time. Then add the edible gum and switch of the gas.
Transfer everything to a big plate.
Sugar syrup:
Add water to the pan now.
Then add jaggery to the pan and boil till the jaggery dissolves in the water and feels a sticky mixture.
Switch of the gas.
Now pour the syrup on the dry mixture and mix thoroughly.
Let the mixture to cool off.
Then make laddus or balls.
