These muffins are different.

We used maize corn flour to make these muffins. There are sweet and sour and hot to taste.

We made the batter mixing the flour with salt, sugar, and baking soda.

We added tomato slices, onions, green chillies, and curry spices.

We poured the batter in a muffin tray and baked for 30 minutes.

Green Moong Dal:

To enjoy the muffins, we cooked green moong dal. It was soaked overnight.

We boiled the dal with curry powder, turmeric, and red chilli powder. Then seasoned it with oil, ginger, garlic, and onion.

Before serving the hot dal with maize corn muffins, we squeezed a lemon on the dal to give it a sour taste.
