
Big fat omlette
This is very easy to make but nothing tastes better and full in the morning than a big fat omlette.
Procedure:
Beat four eggs. Chop carrots, tomato, onion, capsicum and garlic into smal slices. Then grate the ginger. Mix all of these together. Then add a spoon of gram flour. Add red chilli powder, curry powder, crushed black pepper and salt.
Mix them thoroughly.
Heat oil in a pan and pour the mixture in oil.
Fun part:
This big fat omlette gives you the luxury to flip it on the other side by gently raising your pan to make the omlette somersault in the air.
