
Vegetable fried rice is an easy dish. We mix a lot of ingredients to vegetable friend rice to make it attractive and delicious.
Ingredients and procedure:
a. Put some oil in kadai. Break an egg or two and fry it like scrambled eggs and keep it aside.
b. In the same oil, add whole spices and fry. Next, add onions, beans, carrots, peas and tomatoes. Cook till the veggies are almost done
c. Then, add poha and equal quantity of cooked rice and cook for sometime
d. Then, add curry powder to the whole mixture and stir to mix well
e. Finally, add the scrambled egg and top it with lemon juice and serve hot
f. Now blanch the cauliflower and then fry it in oil. Add red chilli and curry powder. Fry till it is cooked. You can add it to the fried rice but fried Cauliflower tastes good on its own.
