In this bread, we used sesame to get that nutty taste.

Procedure:

We used all purpose flour, yeast, oil, ghee, salt, sugar and water.

First, add yeast to the flour and mix it well.

Next, add warm water, sugar, salt, oil and ghee.

Then, make a dough, cover it and leave it to raise.

After four hours, you can press the air out by kneading the dough. Leave it to raise again. We left it overnight.

Next day, we kneaded it again and put it on a greased plate. Then we sprinkled sesame seeds and kept it in the oven at 250 degrees for 10 minutes. Then we reduced the temperature to 180 and baked it for 50 minutes.

We ate this warm, soft, and delicious bread with omlette.
