
This is a very delicious bread.
We made a dough with all purpose flour, oil, sugar, salt and yeast.
We left it for three hours and punched it and then again we put it to raise. After four hours we punched it and left it to raise again.
Then we left it to raise again. After two hours, we added chopped garlic, kasoori methi, and home made curry powder and kneaded the dough again.
Finally we set the oven at 250 degrees and returned to the dough. We put the dough on a greased plate. Then we put dry fruits on top and sprinkled sesame seeds on it. Then we put the tray in the oven and set the temperature to 200 degree centigrade and baked it for 50 minutes.
