This is another winter delicacy.

The bafla or the corn dough nuts that you see here have been baked in oven.

To make the bafla, we used maize corn flour and suji. Then we mixed it with sugar, salt, green chillies, onion, garlic, coriander and cumin seeds and coriander leaves. We made it in the shape of dough nuts and brushed it with oil.

It took an hour to bake. It turned out to be delicious.

Dal

We soaked moong dal overnight.

We added oil in pressure cooker.

Then we added two whole red chillies onions and whole garam masala, lots of crushed garlic and grated ginger. When the mixtured turned red, we added the soaked dal. Then we cooked for sometime.

When the dal got mixed with the spices, add turmeric, red chilli powder, slit green chillies and salt. Then cook for two three minutes and add water and cover the cooker with the lid. After three whistles, we switched off the gas.
