
This is a winter delicacy. Rolling corn flour dough is a challenge.
We made a smooth dough by mixing water in small quantity to the maize corn flour. It takes a bit of time. You must use fresh corn flour because it tastes good.
Then heat the pan. Press the dough on your hand and put it on the pan. It breaks easily. So, it is easy to press the bread in the pan to make it thinner.
Once the bread is hard remove the pan. Roast it on the flame. Before you put it on a plate brush ghee on it.
You can eat this with arhar dal, kadi, potato curry or whatever you like.
