This is a winter delicacy.

Heat ghee in a pan. Add pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, cashew nuts and stir fry. Then add bajre bajra in it. Then add jaggery or sugar. Once the aroma comes, it’s ready turn off the gas. Cool it down till it is bearable in your palm.

Wash your hands and add some ghee in your palms and make the laddus. You can store it for a week in fridge. It becomes hard when you keep it in the fridge.
