
Roasted chicken in OTG. Spice is your own choice. We use our own spice – dhania, jeera, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, ginger powder, salt, turmeric, cinnamon powder and Black cardamom powder.
Be lenient with oil before you put the chicken in the oven. After 30 minutes, you can take it out and reapply oil and lemon juice and put it back to cook for 10 minutes.
