This is stuffed paratha commonly found in North India.

Procedure:

Boil potatoes and leave it to cool.

Take in the ratio of 3:1, wheat flour and maida in a pan.

Then roast the spices such as kasoori methi, jeera and dhania powder and add it to the flour and make a soft dough.

Now, mash the potato and add jeera, salt, ajwain, turmeric, finely chopped coriander leaves and red chilli powder and make small balls.

Then take dough ball, press is, flatten it and put one small potato ball and close the dough. Now roll the stuffed dough with a roller and fry it on a flat pan.

First, dry cook the paratha, then add ghee on the tawa and cook till both the sides are golden brown.
