
Given that we are showing a lot of health issues, the only way to maintain good health is eating light.
Eating light means less of oil and less tasty. However, to pamper ourselves, we can add onions, and curry leaves and green chillies and cumin seeds to give the food a light soothing look.
To add brightness to the light poha, add a ripe plum. It’s juiciness will delight your senses.
Now, I am due hard fan of eggs. So I beat the egg and add onions, salt and black pepper to it. Now make the omlette in butter.
There is nothing like chewing cool cucumber after or before a hot meal. Colour affects our senses.
