I am not really a fan of pizza, but once in a while a change in routine food is always welcome. So we tried the home made pizza.

350 grams of all purpose flour or maida, a spoon of yeast, two spoons of sugar, salt as per taste and a bit of white oil.
I kneaded the flour with yeast, salt and sugar and went to bed at night.
In the morning my husband took some oil and kneaded the dough a bit. He took some dry flour and rolled it.
Then he greased the tray with oil and transferred the pizza base to the tray.
He mixed crushed garlic and ginger to tomato sauce and spread it in the base. Then he added chunks of cottage cheese or paneer on top. After that he added sliced onion, tomato and capsicum pieces and filled the gap with slices of cheese.

Then put the tray in the pre-heated oven set at 250 degrees centigrade.
Cook for 20 minutes.
