
We cleaned and cut the fish at home. This dish is prepared by my husband.
Shallow fry the fish and keep it aside.
Get all your spices into the blender:
Dry coconut, ginger, green chillies, coriander seeds, onion, jeera, tomatoes
After the mixture is done, add fresh curd and turmeric and red chillie powder. Give the mixture another whip.
Use the oil you used to fry the fish. Add the mixture and cook till the spices release aroma. Then add some water and salt and cook for some more time.
Then add the fried fish and cook for some time.
Add water and salt to taste
Cover and cook.
