
One of the popular pan fried cakes in India. We used:
Besan (gram flour), cornflour
Tomatoes, green chillies and onions
Salt and hing
Make the batter mixing all items with water. Should be moderately thick to form the consistency of an omlette.
You can fry it in white oil, ghee or mustard/sesame oil as it depends on your food habit.
Takes very little time to make.
