Eggplant mash
Now, there are various ways to make baigan ka bharta. You can roast the brinjal, tomatoes and green chillies nd then mash all together and add chopped raw onions, coriander leaves, rock salt and a dash of lemon.
You can eat it with roti and rice. The roasting takes a bit of time. It tastes good if you roast it on gas oven or coal.
We tried OTG, it lacks the taste that we want.
We feel arhar dal goes well with roti and rice and a dry vegetable.

Bottle Gourd with Potato and Arhar Dal

This is light on the stomach and tastes good. It is good to train children to have home cooked food and appreciate vegetables. This is easy to cook and tastes good.
Moreover use the right amount of freshly prepared spice for your dishes. This will add real aroma and flavour to food.
If you use read made spice powder regularly, you will ruin your family’s health. As nothing comes easily, plan and prepare your kitchen work. It will be rewarding. Afterall nothing is above good health.
Egg bhurji with a lot of vegetables

This is good for your kids. They will get egg protein and vegetable goodness. We aaded carrots, capsicum and tomatoes. Try it.
Chop your vegetables. Add oil to pan and add whole spices – sauf, jeera, and crushed fresh jinger and green chillies. Cook till the vegetables become soft. Add turmeric and salt. Cook.
Finally add eggs and leave it on low heat. After sometime start stirring gently till everything is mixed with each other.
Eat it with roti.
