Our home food doesn’t have the dazzle that street food or restaurant food has. We do not use food colour, or fry the onion too much or caramelize sugar to give that colour effect to food.

Lighter the food, good for your stomach. It is also WISE not to go for too much spices and “show” because that puts a burden on your cooking habit and you will soon be tired.

Cooking fast and healthy food means less of oil and frying.

Here I have used jeera-dhania-black pepper and cinnamon powder which I made it in my blending jar. I boiled the potato and egg first and then I added roughly chopped onion, tomato and garlic. We also added kasuri methi and ajwain. Salt as per your taste.

We make raw mango chutney and store it and use it like sauce.
