
Many dont like pumpkin but I like it. It can be made into a spicy dish or a sweet dish. If is nutritious as it adds fibre to your meals. It is known for tackling constipation.
As a child, I ate pumpkin fry, pumpkin sweet and sour dish, pumpkin with fish and pumpkin in mixed vegetables. It just tastes good everywhere.
Here I have slow cooked pumpkin in oil with a pinch of salt and turmeric powder. Finally I chopped green chillies and raw mango to give it a hot and sour taste. You must try it.
